Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience designing, scoping, and executing multi-country quantitative and qualitative research and analysis projects, including writing bias-minimized survey instruments and discussion guides.
  • 7 years of experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
  • Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
  • Experience using AI tools/features to drive research efficiencies without sacrificing data integrity/quality.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in media streaming or tech industry.
  • Experience presenting data-driven narratives and recommendations to executive stakeholders to guide decision-making and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience with independently executing complex quantitative research projects, specifically Discrete Choice Modeling (DCM), Conjoints, and MaxDiff, with a foundational understanding of regression modeling.
  • Experience coaching and elevating a research team on methodology selection, survey design, data analysis, and storytelling.
  • Expertise in leveraging AI/GenAI tools to drive significant workflow and deliverable efficiencies for the team and the broader organization.
  • Expertise solving problems in fast-moving and ambiguous business environments.

As a Senior Insights Manager, you will drive the research and analysis necessary to shape high-impact marketing strategies and business decisions. You are a strategic problem-solver who transforms complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align stakeholders and anticipate future business needs. Partnering across the organization, you will define the research roadmap for your product area and confidently present your audience-centric recommendations to Directors and VPs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Senior Insights Manager is tasked with transforming costly and timely research programs like Brand Health Tracking and qualitative panel management to enable near-real time insights for marketing and cross-functional stakeholders. You will do this by systematically identifying current business needs, assessing existing research approaches, and implementing best-fit methods and AI technology to enable faster decision making.
