Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned insight analyst to lead and drive analytical solutions that inform strategic decision making. The successful candidate will bring superior analytical skills, strategic mindset, and data strategy expertise. As a key member of the Portfolio team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various business leaders across the organization

What will you do?
  • Act as the dedicated insight partner and subject matter expertise supporting senior leadership and the partnership team (e.g. data visualization, storytelling)
  • Design highly effective analytical products such as market share shift, churn analysis, member profiles deep dives, etc. that will enable the business to set strategic directions on client profiles
  • Support portfolio reporting for MBR and QBRs, including collaborating with stakeholders to interpret results, identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions
  • Stakeholder engagement and management including understanding needs and building credibility with business leaders


What do you need to succeed?

Must have:
  • Proven analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Power BI and Tableau
  • Strong understanding of SQL and Python (PySpark).
  • Strong Business acumen and ability to transform data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Solid knowledge of advanced analytics and the application to solve business needs
  • Ability to work with business partners on needs and oversee the development and application of advanced analytics techniques, such as client journey mapping, segmentation/optimization and testing (A/B, multivariate etc.) to drive business insights and recommendations.
  • Leadership skills with ability to lead, collaborate, motivate, challenge and influence cross functional teams to deliver superior results
  • Communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the company.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • University degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., statistics, economics, business) to demonstrate ability for critical thinking & numerical analysis


Nice to have:
  • Previous work experience with Monthly Business Reporting (MBR) and Loyalty experience.
  • Experience in working with Jupyter notebooks & GitHub.
  • Experience with a 2-sided marketplace, for example merchants and consumers
