Transforming the Future of Enterprise Planning

Via this entry point into o9 solutions, you are positioned to learn the business from a sales and commercialization aspect by working closely with Account Executives and Pre-sales teams to discover opportunities and develop them into revenue-generating client solutions.

You will be responsible for strategically identifying key decision-makers at companies matching our target market and helping to grow our customer base across the U.S., in designated industry verticals, through consistent outreach, detailed account research, and deep engagement.

We have moved from start-up to scale-up mode across the globe. This rapid scale-up growth will allow you to build relationships within many parts of the organization quickly-including Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success-while partnering cross-functionally with other regions across time zones.

What you'll do
  • Spearhead AI Development & Campaigns: Leverage Clay as your primary AI tool to develop your own highly targeted outreach campaigns and drive automated workflow efficiency.
  • Advanced Account & Market Research:Conduct detailed account research alongside dedicated industry research on Manufacturing, Retail, or CPG markets in North America to understand customer trends and pain points to better know what they really need.
  • Pipeline & Funnel Management: Own Top of the Funnel activities inclusive of partners, executive council engagement, events, and other standard outreach strategies to aggressively increase the number of qualified opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Drive Competitive Win-Rates: Actively contribute to increasing win-rates during the competitive sales cycles generated from your pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner directly with Industry Sales Leaders, Account Executives, and Solutions Consultants to initiate introductory meetings, even conducting limited demonstrations of the o9 platform when needed.
  • Outreach & Community Innovation: Collaborate with the o9 Creative team to design innovative content and ideas for outreach strategies as well as continued community engagement events in various markets.
  • Proactive Growth: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the US market through marketing campaigns, event marketing, and social media activities.
  • Global Knowledge Sharing:Network and share outbound best practices with parallel Innovation Strategist teams across EMEA and India.
  • Data Integrity Management:Maintain clean, up-to-date prospect and client information, utilizing Salesforce as the central repository for all data tracks.


What you'll have
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a business, marketing, quantitative, supply chain, or engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a Business Development Representative role, Consulting, or similar.
  • Core Mindset: Intellectual curiosity and an innate drive to make an impact. You possess the grit required to seek and understand complex supply chain challenges of potential customers and speak to how our solutions can assist.

This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $67,918-$93,387.
