Full Job Description
Join Micron's Manufacturing team, where you'll play a pivotal role in preparing and scaling our next-generation memory fabs! You will work across Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain to turn complex data into clear decisions that enable high volume production. If you enjoy solving real problems that directly build factory performance, this team delivers!

As an AI Enablement Industrial engineer, you will enable production readiness for Micron's high-volume memory fab in Boise by translating manufacturing changes into clear capacity insights, building scalable planning tools, and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leaders. Through the seamless integration of advanced AI-enabled analytics and automation, you will elevate capacity management-enhancing forecast precision, accelerating decision-making, and optimizing utilization to support a successful ramp and sustained operations.

Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field
  • Over 2 years of experience in semiconductor capacity planning, business analysis, or process engineering
  • Experience with generative AI tools
  • Experience analyzing data, forming recommendations, and presenting results clearly
  • Ability to work across Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience modeling front-end semiconductor manufacturing capacity & data science experience
  • Experience working independently with strong organization and execution discipline
  • Proficiency communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated success building cross-functional partnerships
