Senior Implementations Manager
Job Description:
As a Senior Implementations Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Work closely with project managers to develop project plans and timelines, and ensure that all project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, and proactively address them to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure that all work is being done according to specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the approved budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and successful project implementation.
- Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on project implementation.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
