OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation of our most strategic, high-value customers. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality implementation experience for a focused book of 5-7 enterprise clients, ensuring strong foundations for long-term partnership and success.
This individual is a highly skilled project manager, a clear and confident communicator, and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. They bring strong attention to detail, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end implementations for a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise and strategic customers, from kickoff through go-live and handoff
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including senior and executive-level partners
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables across complex, multi-workstream implementations
- Drive cross-functional alignment across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, etc.) to ensure successful execution
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, managing escalations with urgency and clarity
- Lead effective, structured communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including regular status updates and executive readouts
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience, balancing speed with accuracy and attention to detail
- Continuously improve implementation processes by identifying patterns, gaps, and opportunities for scalability
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through best practices and complex decision-making
Qualifications- 6-8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Proven experience managing large, complex, and high-value implementations with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Agile/Waterfall hybrid approaches)
Nice to Have- Experience working with enterprise clients or strategic accounts
- Background in HR tech, fintech, or benefits platforms
- Experience building or refining implementation processes at scale

CompensationBase salary of $110,000 to $130,000 + equity.
