Job Summary

Senior Imaging Engineer (Central)

Location: Indianapolis

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 per year (Relocation Support provided if required!)

The Role

As the dedicated on-site engineer, you will be the first point of contact for all imaging service needs within the hospital. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you'll work closely with clinical staff to maintain and optimize critical diagnostic systems, including CT, MRI, X-ray, and Nuclear Medicine equipment.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Equipment Care: Provide immediate technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs directly at the hospital.

Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance and calibration to reduce downtime and improve system performance.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise daily with radiology teams, management, and external partners, ensuring seamless operations.

Service Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of service activities, repairs, and system status for compliance and transparency.

Parts Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory on-site to support fast, efficient repairs.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Hands-on experience servicing and repairing advanced medical imaging systems, including CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and X-ray.

Technical Expertise: Strong diagnostic and repair skills with imaging equipment.
