What You Will Do:
Manage Physician Coding Projects
Oversee Global and Domestic coding teams
Coordinate training and project development
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
CPC from AAPC
Minimum of 3 years people management experience
Experience managing coding teams on large projects
Experience with project management within an academic medical center
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Specialty credentials from the AAPC
Proficiency in multiple specialties
Good written and oral skills
Proficient with technology
The annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$129,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
