Senior Developer, Solutions Development (HCM Applications) (New York, NY)

NYU Langone Health System
Hybrid - must be in the office at least 1 day/week
• Design and development of IT systems in HCM (Human Capital Management) landscape.
• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Full-stack development, maintenance, and support of HCM applications and integrations.
• Create & maintain functional and technical documentation of all enhancements, configuration changes, & bug fixes
• Make sure all production migrations including production bug fixes have required functional/technical documentation, test scripts and are thoroughly tested and approved by business.
• Provides technical support for system upgrades, patches, fixes, troubleshooting, and data manipulation/correction scripts.
• Make sure all the MCIT architectural, security, testing, documentation, change migration policies/standards and all the team members follow coding best practices.

WAGE: $185,000-$185,001/yr. SCHEDULE: 35 hrs/week

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, or any foreign equivalencies

Prior experience must include:
• 6 years exp w/implementing HCM business processes across Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Performance Management modules
• 6 yrs exp w/HCM applications (PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle APEX) and proficiency in Python and Java to deliver business requirements
• 6 yrs exp w/managing integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud
• 6 yrs exp w/managing data conversions from legacy applications to HCM cloud utilizing cloud native tools
• 6 yrs exp w/ problem-solving skills to solve technical challenges
• 6 yrs exp w/interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights
