Job Summary
The Sr II Developer will apply technical expertise to design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support application software, with a focus on Epic Reporting, Clarity, and Caboodle. The role will work closely with customers, business analysts, and technical teams to understand business requirements and develop quality technical solutions while aligning business and IT strategies with established architectural standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in the full systems development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements.
• Align business and IT strategies with architectural standards.
• Design technical solutions for project modules and independently resolve technical issues.
• Participate in component and data architecture design.
• Support performance monitoring and technology evaluations.
• Recommend development of new code or reuse of existing code based on project requirements.
• Participate in systems analysis and design using established development, QA, and integration methodologies.
• Select appropriate approaches and procedures to address technical challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Experience with Epic Reporting, Clarity, Caboodle, and related Epic reporting and development.
• Experience participating in the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with application design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with component and data architecture design.
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with development, QA, and integration methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, business analysts, and technical teams.
