Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior IAM Engineer with experience implementing enhancements to mature an Identity and Access Management (IAM) program utilizing One Identity Manager. The role will serve as a subject matter expert for current-state and future-state IAM technology and will focus on workflow enhancements, integrations, automation, application onboarding, role and access design, and IAM re-engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating One Identity Manager with Workday, ServiceNow, PAM, Active Roles, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra, along with experience in role mining and Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows within an IGA environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for current-state and future-state IAM technology using One Identity Manager.
• Implement critical enhancements and bug fixes in current-state IAM technology.
• Implement enhancements and bug fixes in upstream and downstream workflows involving Workday, Active Roles, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and ServiceNow.
• Participate in IAM re-engineering project activities and future-state IAM technology implementations.
• Build and enhance workflows and reporting in current-state and future-state IAM technology.
• Implement integrations and automation within current and future-state IAM technology.
• Develop upstream and downstream integrations with IGA technologies and systems including Workday, ServiceNow, PAM, Active Roles, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra.
• Integrate and automate authentication and authorization with other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Application Owners, Project, Delivery, and Development teams on enterprise projects and application onboarding integrations.
• Perform role and access design and role build-out.
• Configure ticket creation and develop Consistency Checks for manually provisioned applications.
• Build, maintain, and support Consistency Checks and Completeness and Accuracy Checks for manually provisioned applications and high-risk systems.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support to the IAM Operations team.
• Fulfill audit and examination requests, including data queries, user lists, evidence requests, meetings, and walkthroughs.
• Perform other IAM-related tasks and projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience as an IAM Engineer working with One Identity Manager.
• Experience implementing enhancements within mature IAM/IGA environments.
• Experience with One Identity Manager integrations involving Workday, ServiceNow, PAM, Active Roles, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra.
• Experience with role mining and enhancing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows within an IGA environment.
• Experience with enterprise application onboarding and application integration.
• Experience designing and implementing IAM workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Experience with role and access design and role build-out.
• Experience supporting authentication and authorization integrations with enterprise applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining consistency, completeness, and accuracy checks for manually provisioned applications and high-risk systems.
• Experience providing Tier 3 IAM support and resolving escalated technical issues.
• Experience supporting audit and examination requests, including data queries, user lists, and evidence collection.
