Position Title: Senior I/O Psychologist
Work Location: Washington, DC
Remote Status: Onsite

Summary
C² Technologies seeks a Senior I/O Psychologist to provide technical expertise in program evaluation and the development, refinement, and administration of testing and assessment instruments. This role provides programmatic guidance and support to management and stakeholders while supporting human capital initiatives and workforce analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct program evaluations and report results to senior leadership
  • Participate in research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems and tools and provide recommendations to management
  • Apply test theory, psychometric methodologies, and statistical techniques to analyze HR data related to hiring, retention, and workforce analysis
  • Analyze job requirements, tasks, and competencies to support HR testing and career development tools
  • Design and draft revisions to policies and operating procedures related to human capital initiatives for Government approval
  • Prepare technical and non-technical reports, white papers, memorandums, and other documentation
  • Advise Government stakeholders on the impact of laws, rules, and regulations on workforce initiatives
  • Develop and validate personnel assessment tools for selection and promotion purposes
  • Provide project management support, including timeline development, monitoring activities, and communicating project status
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw practical conclusions and answer research questions
  • Assist in conducting meetings, workshops, training sessions, and briefings related to HR initiatives
Requirements
Education
  • Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology with a minimum of 6 years of experience, OR
  • PhD in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology with a minimum of 6 years of experience
Skills
  • Expert knowledge of test theory, psychometric methodology, and statistical analysis

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $150,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
