Full-Time | Commercial HVAC ConstructionSenior HVAC Project Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale commercial mechanical construction projects throughout Central Texas. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery-from preconstruction through closeout-while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule performance, and profitability.

Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects valued at $10M+.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
- Drive financial performance through accurate cost management, forecasting, billing, and change order execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
- Partner with field leadership to ensure safe, productive, and efficient project execution.
- Conduct routine project reviews to monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company procedures, and quality control standards.
- Lead communication efforts with stakeholders while proactively resolving project challenges.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC/mechanical construction experience.
- Minimum 3 years managing large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, procurement, estimating, and project accounting.
- Proven experience managing healthcare, mission-critical, industrial, higher education, and large commercial projects.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
