Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/mechanical construction experience
• Minimum 3 years managing large-scale commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, procurement, estimating, and project accounting
• Proven experience managing healthcare, mission-critical, industrial, higher education, and large commercial projects
• Proficiency with Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects valued at $10M+
• Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities
• Drive financial performance through accurate cost management, forecasting, billing, and change order execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
• Partner with field leadership to ensure safe, productive, and efficient project execution
• Conduct routine project reviews to monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company procedures, and quality control standards
• Lead communication efforts with stakeholders while proactively resolving project challenges
