Full Job Description
The Senior HRMS Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role focuses on advanced reporting, workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence solutions to support organizational goals. The Analyst partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to identify trends, forecast workforce needs, and deliver dashboards that improve efficiency, enhance employee experience, and inform executive decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Two (2) years of HRMS/HRIS technical experience, including system configuration, integrations, reporting, and data management in a healthcare setting.
  • Two (2) years of experience with UKG systems administration, including UKG Pro modules such as Recruiting, Benefits, Core HR, Reporting, and Business Intelligence.
  • Two (2) years of experience with data analysis, data extraction, validation, and reconciliation of workforce reports.
  • Two (2) years of experience with designing and building interactive dashboards using reporting and analytics tools, including Cognos Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.


Salary Range: $88,462 to $95,000 per year
