Join our Corporate Information Systems HR Applications Team as a highly skilled Workday Analyst specializing in the Recruiting and Compensation modules. You will play a crucial role in implementing new functionalities and supporting ongoing maintenance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our talent acquisition and compensation management processes.
We will count on you to:- Configure and maintain the Workday system, specifically the Recruiting and Compensation modules, to align with organizational requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and enhancements.
- Design and implement recruiting and compensation processes, workflows, and rules within the Workday system.
- Conduct thorough system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, guiding end-users on effective system usage.
What you need to have:- 2+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with a focus on the Recruiting and Compensation modules.
- Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, business process framework, configuration, and best practices.
- Experience with system implementation, configuration, and support in a large-scale organization.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics, with the ability to create and customize reports and dashboards.

- Experience with other recruiting applications, such as Phenom, is desirable.

This role will be based in New York City or Louisville, KY, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days per week in the office.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $132,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
