Who YOU are and what You can become:

The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, including Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding, Performance Management, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), reporting, and HR data integrations.

This role serves as a key member of the HRIS team supporting approximately 5,000 employees across multiple business units. The position partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business leaders to ensure stable operation of the HR technology ecosystem while driving continuous improvement, system enhancements, audit readiness, strategic HR transformation initiatives, and adoption of emerging SAP SuccessFactors innovations, including AI-enabled capabilities.

The Senior HRIS Analyst functions as a cross-functional platform administrator capable of supporting both Employee Central and Talent modules and serves as backup support across all SuccessFactors processes.

What YOU will do:

SuccessFactors Administration
  • Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Performance Management.
  • Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, MDF objects, foundation data, templates, and security structures.
  • Manage role-based permissions (RBP) and security administration.
  • Perform data audits and system health reviews.
  • Support organizational, position, and job structure maintenance.


Employee Central Ownership
  • Lead administration and support of Employee Central functionality.
  • Maintain employee lifecycle processes.
  • Troubleshoot EC-related production issues.
  • Support HR, Payroll, and compliance requirements related to employee master data.


Recruiting, Onboarding & Talent Support
  • Support Recruiting Management and Onboarding processes.
  • Serve as backup administrator for talent-related modules.
  • Maintain recruiting workflows and candidate lifecycle configurations.
  • Support system enhancements for recruiting and onboarding operations.


Integration Management
  • Support, monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate inbound and outbound integrations utilizing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / SAP Integration Suite.
  • Support and oversee inbound and outbound integrations with systems such as:

  • Vendor coordination

Production Support
  • Manage incidents, tickets, and service requests.
  • Investigate and resolve system defects and data issues.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders and external vendors.


Change Management & Enhancements
  • Gather business requirements.
  • Evaluate enhancement opportunities.
  • Prepare functional specifications.
  • Perform impact assessments.
  • Lead testing and deployment activities.


Release Management
  • Review SAP SuccessFactors biannual releases.
  • Assess new functionality.
  • Execute testing cycles.
  • Recommend system improvements and optimization opportunities.


Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain operational and compliance reporting.
  • Support audit-related report requests.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities.


Vendor Management
  • Coordinate work with external partners, including AMS provider.
  • Prioritize and oversee outsourced work activities.
  • Monitor deliverables and service performance.


Audit, Compliance & Security
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain documentation and control evidence.
  • Assist with separation-of-duties reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with NS2 environment controls and regulatory requirements.


Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Develop and maintain process documentation.
  • Create testing scripts and support materials.
  • Document configurations, integrations, and procedures.


Strategic Projects

Support enterprise initiatives including:
  • Global Template implementation
  • HR transformation projects
  • Compensation structure redesign
  • System migrations
  • New integration development
  • Future HR technology deployments


What YOU need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Deep Employee Central Administration experience.
  • Experience supporting Recruiting Management (RCM) and/or Onboarding.
  • Experience managing HR system integrations, including support and oversight of inbound and outbound interfaces utilizing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and/or SAP Integration Suite.
  • Experience with production support and ticket management.
  • Experience with security administration and role-based permissions.
  • Demonstrated testing and release management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
  • Experience supporting government-regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Experience with NS2 environments.
  • Experience with IAS/IPS.
  • Experience supporting global implementations.
  • Experience managing vendors and AMS providers.
  • Experience activating and supporting SAP SuccessFactors embedded AI capabilities and Joule.
  • Experience with Joule Studio and AI-driven HR technology use cases.

Experience supporting AI-enabled innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem
