Full Job Description
We're looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support our US-based teams and play a pivotal role in shaping HoneyBook's culture and scaling our people strategy, reporting to the Director of HRBP in Tel Aviv. You'll partner with senior leaders to drive high-impact, company-wide initiatives that empower teams, support growth, and bring our core values to life. Here are some things you'll be working on: - Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into impactful people strategies that foster team health, engagement, and performance. - Lead organizational change: Support teams through org design, change management, and cultural transformation-ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth transitions. - Advise on employee relations: Be a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, guiding managers through complex people matters with empathy, professionalism, and discretion. - Drive core HR programs: Own and implement initiatives like performance management, compensation planning, recognition, and employee engagement programs that reinforce our values and business objectives. - Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor trends in the talent and HR space, using data-driven insights to refine our strategy and keep HoneyBook competitive.
