  • Coaching managers and leaders through the challenges of hypergrowth, including scaling teams, leading through change, developing talent, and building strong management practices.
  • Helping leaders build high-performing organizations through clear expectations, accountability, continuous feedback, and consistent performance standards.
  • Partnering with Engineering leadership and Finance on headcount planning, hiring prioritization, and organizational investments aligned to roadmap delivery and business goals.
  • Driving talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and promotion discussions to build leadership bench strength and support long-term organizational growth.
  • Using organizational health, engagement, attrition, and workforce data to proactively identify risks, inform decisions, and improve team effectiveness.
  • Supporting leaders through organizational changes, ensuring teams remain aligned, engaged, and able to execute as the business scales.
  • Accelerating the effectiveness of new managers and leaders through coaching, onboarding, and ongoing leadership development.
  • Managing employee relations matters with sound judgment, balancing business objectives, employee experience, and organizational risk.
  • Partnering with People Operations to build scalable people programs, processes, and manager enablement that support a rapidly growing technical organization.
  • Serving as a trusted thought partner who brings data, business insight, and practical solutions to help leaders make informed people decisions and execute with confidence.

What You'll Bring
  • 7-10 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations through periods of rapid growth and change.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels using data, sound judgment, and credibility.
  • Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
  • Strong judgment in employee relations and navigating complex people situations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mindset.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and scalable people programs.
