Hyland is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support our Customer organization. This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-moving, performance-driven environments and brings a strong understanding of post-sales customer operations, operational excellence, and teams responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at scale. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will influence business outcomes through people strategies that drive growth, engagement, and execution excellence.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership, providing thought partnership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies that enable go-to-market success and drive revenue performance.
- Lead talent planning, succession, and leadership development initiatives to ensure a strong bench for critical roles.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, influence decisions, and measure the impact of people programs.
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects our values and empowers employees to do their best work.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HRBPs to ensure cohesive, comprehensive support for global teams and local initiatives.
Role Essentials
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth company supporting customer-facing or operational teams.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders on business transformation, organizational design, and change management in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting customer-focused organizations, with an understanding of service delivery models, scalability, and operational performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and partner with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret people data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
- Experience partnering with Total Rewards and Finance to shape compensation and incentive programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Proven ability to serve as an employee champion and change agent, partnering with business leaders to drive change and execute new business initiatives.
- Experience developing and implementing people strategies that advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
