  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with hardware systems design, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
  • Experience with power circuit design and signal integrity.

Preferred qualifications:
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with hardware, design and bring-up.
  • 3 years of experience in management.
  • Experience in PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB, SPI etc.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for TPU hardware and system design, Bill of Materials (BOM) design, and software/hardware co-design for TPU projects.
  • Gather system requirements, define architecture, execute hardware design, and product validation.
  • Lead the bring up, validation, NPI, deployment, and sustaining of hardware solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Thermal, Validation, Manufacturing, and external vendors.
  • Drive system development from concept through production.
