Full Job Description
The Opportunity

AlayaCare is the operating platform for home-based care. Our GTM teams are sharp, the market is growing fast, and we are scaling with intent. The question is not whether to win - it is how fast and how far we can go.

The answer is leverage.

Every seller, every marketer, every customer success manager on this team has the potential to operate at a level most companies in this market never reach. That potential only unlocks when the manual work disappears, when the right signal arrives before the right conversation, and when every workflow compounds instead of competes.

You are the person who builds that.

This is not a consulting role. This is not a strategy role. You will design, build, ship, and scale the AI-enabled workflows and agents that turn AlayaCare's GTM motion into a system that gets smarter every quarter. Most competitors in home-based care are not building this yet. We are.

You are NOT here to evaluate tools or write decks about AI's potential.

You are here to build systems that change how our teams operate - and you will know the difference.
What You'll Do

Find and build the highest-leverage AI opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations & Enablement to identify manual work, bottlenecks, and data gaps where AI creates the most leverage.
  • Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agents across the revenue organization - from prospecting and pipeline management to customer onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Own a prioritized backlog of AI and automation opportunities: define requirements, prototype fast, ship, measure impact, and iterate relentlessly.
  • Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI technologies, agent-based workflows, and automation platforms to validate high-value applications before committing at scale.

Own the revenue tech stack as a unified, intelligent system
  • Evaluate, optimize, and manage the integration of core revenue technology platforms - including HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero, and related tools - ensuring clean data flows, reliable automation, and maximum utilization across the customer lifecycle.
  • Design and document scalable integration logic, workflow architectures, and solution designs that connect the revenue tech stack into a coherent operating system.
  • Support GTM operations including lead routing, data enrichment, account prioritization, pipeline management, forecasting, attribution, and revenue intelligence as the business evolves.

Make the work compound - enable, govern, and scale
  • Define and track clear success metrics for every AI initiative: time saved, deal velocity, adoption rates, pipeline impact, and revenue outcomes.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface actionable insights and demonstrate the ROI of AI and automation investments across the revenue org.
  • Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practice frameworks that allow non-technical teammates to operate and extend the systems you build - you are writing AlayaCare's AI operations playbook from the ground up, and it needs to hold.
  • Apply AI governance principles, human-in-the-loop design, and monitoring practices to ensure every solution is reliable, ethical, and compliant with business and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring

Builder instinct, not advisor instinct
  • You have designed, built, and shipped AI-enabled workflows that are still running without you. Not proofs of concept - production systems with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI automation platforms - Clay, Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n, or equivalent - integrated with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools beyond surface-level configuration.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering, agent-based workflows, AI orchestration, and emerging approaches like Model Context Protocol (MCP) - enough to evaluate, build, and govern with confidence.
  • You don't need to be a deep engineer to succeed here. You manage tools effectively, understand APIs at a working level, know when to iterate versus when to escalate, and collaborate with technical colleagues when the problem demands it. Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript is a genuine bonus - vibe-code welcome.

Revenue fluency from lived GTM experience
  • Real time spent inside a revenue organization - RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Enablement, or GTM Operations - with a working understanding of how deals move, customers expand, and where friction lives.
  • You know what a seller needs before a discovery call, what a CSM needs to identify churn risk early, and what a marketer needs to prioritize the right accounts. You have built things that delivered those outcomes.
  • Able to translate between business problems and technical requirements without losing either side of the conversation.

Data-driven and analytically sharp
  • Experience using data, dashboards, and reporting to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive decisions - not just report on activity.
  • Comfortable working with SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent), and data infrastructure such as Snowflake.

Cross-functional and self-directed
  • Track record of driving adoption across Sales, Marketing, CS, IT, and Leadership without formal authority - influencing through outcomes, not authority.
  • Operates independently, prioritizes competing demands effectively, and delivers in fast-paced, high-growth environments where the playbook is still being written.
The Profile

You likely come from one of these backgrounds:

Ex-RevOps or GTM Ops builder who went deep on AI tooling and automation and realized the biggest leverage is in building systems, not maintaining them. You have seen the inefficiencies from the inside, you know exactly where the friction lives, and you are ready to eliminate it permanently.

Technical Marketing or Sales Ops specialist from a B2B SaaS company who has built end-to-end workflows across HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and related platforms - and is ready to own that work at a higher level of strategic impact inside a company that is serious about AI.

Early-stage GTM engineer at a SaaS company who built AI-powered prospecting, scoring, or CS automation in a fast-moving environment with no playbook - and thrived. You wrote the playbook. Now you want a bigger stage.

What all three share: you have shipped things that are running in production, you can point to the outcomes, and you are more energized by the next build than the last one. You are comfortable being scrappy, learning as you go, and finding the solution through experimentation rather than waiting for a perfect brief.
What Good Looks Like (12 Months In)
  • Every GTM function - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement - has two to three AI-enabled workflows or agents running in production, built by you and operated independently by them.
  • Deal velocity has measurably improved. Not anecdotally - there is data behind it and you own the story.
  • Revenue and Marketing leaders describe working with you the same way: you made the hard stuff simple. The tools are invisible. The outcomes are not.
  • A documented AI workflow library and governance framework exists. New initiatives are being built on top of a foundation you laid - not reinvented from scratch each time.
  • You have a prioritized roadmap of what comes next, built from usage data, stakeholder feedback, and your own conviction about where the highest leverage still sits.
  • You are not the bottleneck. Every system you have shipped is documented, monitored, and extensible - and the teams using them can tell you exactly why it matters.
Location and Work Model

This role is based in the Greater Toronto or Montreal Area. At AlayaCare, our hybrid model includes set in-office collaboration days, and it is expected that team members are present in the office on those days to foster connection, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Equity in a well-funded, scaling company.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, telemedicine, and lifestyle spending accounts.
  • Parental leave top-up and family support programs.
