Who You Will Work With:The vacant Senior Group Product Manager role will report to the Head, KONEK. A Senior Group Product Manager (Sr. GPM) leads a portfolio of product teams focused on delivering strategic outcomes across a major area of the business. A Sr. GPM oversees multiple product managers, drives the vision and execution of critical product lines, and serves as a cross-functional leader aligning engineering, design, data, marketing, and business stakeholders.
What You Will Do: People Leadership Accountability

- Establish, monitor and communicate performance standards to direct reports reinforcing individual results, work quality, continuous improvement, teamwork and achievement of company objectives.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members; Resolve conflicts that may arise, addressing issues promptly and fairly.
- Effectively and proactively identify upcoming team needs based on future product roadmap, and ensure the team has what it needs to successfully execute on upcoming projects to maximize value delivered.
Portfolio Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Define, evolve, and drive the multiyear product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with company strategy, market shifts, and long-term business goals.
Drive Business Performance and Outcomes
- Maintain end to end accountability for product performance across the portfolio, including P&L oversight, key performance outcomes, and data driven optimization of investment, prioritization, and results.
Lead Strategic Product Execution, Cross Functional Delivery and Go-to-Market Functional
- Translate strategy into clear product direction by shaping strategic requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and balancing customer needs, business objectives, and system-level tradeoffs across teams.
- Set portfolio guardrails and decision frameworks that guide execution across multiple product teams.
- Build and scale cross functional alignment and execution across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver high impact launches, adoption, and sustained post launch growth.
Executive & Enterprise Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set product goals, priorities, and investment decisions, and represent the product organization in senior level, cross functional forums.
What You Bring: - 12+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience, including 3+ years managing PM leaders or leading high-impact portfolios.
- Ability to communicate with executive presence; aligning teams and leaders around vision, outcomes, and strategy.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Comfort working with executive leadership and influencing at a senior level.
- Working in and managing a complex ecosystem of public and private sector stakeholders.
- Track record of aligning product strategy with technical architecture across teams or organizations.
- Proven ability to define and scale best-in-class product development practices across teams, shaping product culture and execution frameworks org-wide.
- Experience with metric-driven product planning and execution.
- Proven success scaling high-impact product areas or launching 0-to-1 initiatives that deliver long-term business value.
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
