Position Overview

Fusion Innovation is seeking an accomplished Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Advisor to provide strategic design leadership and hands-on creative support to a high-visibility front office. This individual will advise senior stakeholders on branding and visual communication, develop actionable recommendations, and implement those recommendations across a range of digital and print products. This is a senior-level position for an experienced design professional who can confidently serve as the organization's brand custodian. The successful candidate will bring a strong portfolio, mature design judgment, and the ability to explain and defend creative recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary advisor on branding, graphic design, and visual communication.
  • Develop and implement visual identity and branding recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain brand standards, templates, and design guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency across digital, print, presentation, web, and event materials.
  • Design executive presentations, infographics, reports, digital graphics, publications, and campaign materials.
  • Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and visually effective products.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on design strategy, visual hierarchy, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with communications personnel to align visual products with organizational messaging.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept development through final production.
  • Present creative concepts and explain the reasoning behind design recommendations.
  • Review materials produced by others for adherence to brand and quality standards.
  • Maintain organized design files, templates, and approved visual assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors or production partners when necessary.

Required Skills

Additional Details

Fusion Innovation anticipates the annual base salary for this position will generally range from $100,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to:

  • Years of direct applicable experience with this work and the customer
  • Relevant education, certifications, and training
  • Contract labor category requirements, skill level, contract bill rate, and hours allocation
  • Alignment with the position's responsibilities
  • Additional specialized skills


In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be considered for discretionary bonuses and are eligible for Fusion Innovation's comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, company-sponsored retirement contributions, paid leave, professional development opportunities, and other employee benefits.
