Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Grants Management Manager to provide federal grants management and program leadership support in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full federal grants lifecycle, from award through closeout.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee staff performance and development.
- Provide quality assurance, financial monitoring, audit resolution, and compliance oversight.
- Serve as a primary customer and stakeholder interface.
- Manage grants data and activities using GrantSolutions or comparable grants management systems.
- Monitor program and financial performance and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
- Support grant closeout, reporting, and corrective actions.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8-12+ years of federal grants and program leadership experience.
- 3+ years managing multidisciplinary teams.
- DOL/ETA/OGM or Department of Education experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal grants management, financial monitoring, and audit resolution.
