Principal Subcontracts Administrator to join our team. You will help drive successful program execution by facilitating the implementation of subcontract responsibilities, managing risk, and delivering critical procurement support across key government initiatives.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:- Facilitates effective implementation of subcontract responsibilities within program objectives and requirements.
- Prepares and administers subcontracts, task orders, strategic teaming agreements, and modifications.
- Reviews client solicitations and supports the development, issuance, and evaluation of subcontractor proposals.
- Advises management on subcontract risks, terms and conditions, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensures subcontracts are administered in accordance with company policy and CPSR requirements.
- Supports staff negotiations, price analyses, and drafting of subcontract-related documentation.
- Provides guidance, instruction, and periodic training to Subcontracts Department colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with 7+ years of relevant subcontracts experience, or 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontracts and task orders.
- Strong working knowledge of federal contracting processes, legal requirements, and government regulations.
- Experience evaluating client solicitations and supporting proposal/outsourcing development efforts.
- Proven ability to analyze subcontract risks and provide sound terms and conditions interpretation.
- Experience conducting price analyses and supporting staff negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal management, teammates, and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:- Possess 2 to 4 years of leadership management experience.
- Direct experience administering subcontracts with key DoD customers.
- Hands-on experience working under a CPSR-approved purchasing system.
Clearance Requirements:Physical Requirements:- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,200.00-$164,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
