Overview

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

The Global Treasury & Payments Advisor is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Middle Market and Commercial Finance clients. This role serves as a strategic advisor to clients, delivering treasury and liquidity solutions that drive revenue growth, deepen relationships, and enhance client satisfaction. The Advisor partners closely with banking, product, and implementation teams to deliver an integrated treasury experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Advisory - Provide expert guidance to key clients on complex global treasury and payment strategies. Develop and implement tailored solutions for clients' most challenging treasury and payment needs. Lead high-level client presentations and strategy sessions.
Business Development and Relationship Management - Identify and pursue significant business opportunities within the global treasury and payments space. Conduct strategic reviews of client relationships to maximize value and identify growth potential. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive client solutions.
Product and Market Expertise - Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced treasury and payment concepts, products, and services to internal business partners and clients. Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends and their impact on treasury and payment strategies. Contribute to the development of innovative products and services to meet evolving client needs. Collaborate with product teams to drive innovation in treasury and payment solutions.
Thought Leadership and Mentoring - Represent company at industry conferences and forums on global treasury and payments topics. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the professional development of the advisory team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Treasury Management, Liquidity, or Corporate Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Treasury Management, Liquidity, or Corporate Banking.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with Middle Market and Commercial Finance cos $100MM+ in sales size.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage client portfolios
• Strong consultative selling and client engagement skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze client needs and translate into actionable solutions• Industry Verticals such as Commercial Real Estate and others
• Familiarity with treasury management systems and digital banking platforms
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)

Additional Information

If hired in CA or NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $144,000 and $192,000.00 If hired in NC, the base pay for this position is generally between $120,000.00 and $160,000.00 Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
