Full Job Description
What you'll be doing
  • Support global treasury operations across all core treasury functions, including Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange, Investments, Operations, and Risk).
  • Lead the cash flow forecasting process by maintaining and enhancing complex Excel models, driving continuous improvements in accuracy and execution speed through advanced data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Automate free cash flow forecasting and management using Al and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Anaplan) to improve accuracy, efficiency, and real-time reporting that informs strategic decision-making.
  • Build, maintain, and refine financial models for FX exposure, working capital requirements, interest rate risk, and counterparty credit risk - including IBR, WACC, and implied credit rating methodologies.
  • Manage cash pooling arrangements, banking services and credit facilities, while cultivating strong relationships with financial institutions.
  • Lead capital structure planning and execution of debt financing strategies, managing and strategizing capital markets activities such as share repurchase programs and debt issuance.
  • Monitor foreign currency balances and recommend repatriation and hedging strategies to minimize foreign currency impacts on the financial statements.
  • Execute FX trades and ensure settlements are accurate and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with bank covenants, debt agreements, and reporting requirements while overseeing debt servicing and covenant reporting.
  • Implement the integration and optimization of workflows within the Treasury Management System (e.g. FIS Integrity) to support process automation, enhanced functionality, and data accuracy.
  • Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
  • As Latin America represents a key high-growth market, leverage deep knowledge of the Brazilian and Mexican financial systems, regulatory landscapes, and business practices to drive and scale local operations across the region.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis of investment programs, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals) across all business units.
  • Independently collaborate with senior leadership across FP&A, Tax, Accounting, and Legal on treasury initiatives.
  • Up to one day per week telecommuting may be permitted. 10% domestic travel required.
You are required to have
  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economic Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience as an Analyst or a related occupation.
  • Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in the following:
    1. Developing multi-scenario financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis using Excel techniques and examination of key financial statements (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, P&L), as well as translating complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
    2. Assessing creditworthiness and risk profiles, analyzing financial statements and market trends, using financial modeling to evaluate credit risk profile, and preparing risk assessment reports for senior management.
    3. Managing cash flows and optimizing investment portfolios, analyzing liquidity needs, developing cash management strategies recommending financial investments to maximize cash flow returns while minimizing risks.
    4. Assessing currency rate risks, analyzing market trends, developing, and implementing hedging strategies using financial investments aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements to mitigate currency exposure.
    5. Managing and optimizing cash flows forecast, and monitoring cash positions, implementing efficient cash flow strategies and ensuring liquidity to support business operations and growth.
    6. Analyzing and optimizing capital structures, using financial modeling to support strategic decisions to balance debt and equity, minimizing the company's cost of capital.

For California Only - The annual salary range for this position is $174,250 - $199,100.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
