Orlando, FL studio. Other locations that may be considered include Austin, TX

and Vancouver, B.C.

Role Overview:

The Senior Game Product Manager's mission, in collaboration with the College

Football Live Team, is to help create the most engaging and rewarding live

service experience for our players.

You will have a mix of strategic acumen, creative instinct and analytical ability

that can help create actionable plans and content strategies that create important

metrics. Reporting to the Lead Game Product Manager, you will work with

Producers, Game Designers, Economists and external partners to further the

growth of the live service for our College Football titles.

Job Responsibilities:

* In-Game Store Strategy: Develop a comprehensive and data-driven strategy to

drive revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction through the in-game store.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers,

marketing, and analytics, to align the in-game store with the overall product

vision.

* Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to monitor the

performance of the in-game store, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and

identify opportunities for improvement. Regularly report findings to stakeholders

and use insights to optimize the store's offerings.

* Promotions and Events: Develop and execute promotional campaigns and in-

game events that drive player participation and boost in-game store sales.

Analyze the effectiveness of these initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Translate strategic directives into objectives and key results. Monitor and lead

strategy around achieving results through the definition of associated KPIs.

* Evaluate new business opportunities that provide value to players and align

with our goals.

* Partner with analytics to establish experimentation roadmap, applying A/B

testing and machine learning to achieve goals and produce product and player

insight. Translate outcomes into applicable recommendations.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or

equivalent role in the gaming industry, preferably with a focus on in-game stores,

microtransactions, or virtual economies.

* Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools and A/B testing

to inform product decisions and drive optimizations. Ability to extract actionable

insights from data and develop strategies based on player behavior.

* Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand market trends, consumer

behavior, and competitive landscape to develop effective in-game store strategies

and monetization models.

* Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to

embrace change and quickly adapt to evolving market trends and player

expectations.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$92,900 - $129,200 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and other incentive programs.
