As a
Senior Game Producer supporting the
Metagame Systems (MGS) organization on an unpublished R&D product, you will partner across disciplines and other production leads to drive intake, planning, prioritization, and execution for around game work that spans multiple teams and initiatives. Additionally, you will help establish and run a centralized model for UI/UX development across the product. This role is accountable for creating clarity in a high-volume, fast-moving environment - ensuring Metagame efforts are visible, properly scoped, and aligned to product priorities. You will build the systems that allow the team to scale, reduce fragmentation, and deliver cohesive, high-quality player experiences across gameplay, front-end, and platform surfaces. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Game Production for the MGS organization.
Responsibilities:- In partnership with MGS leads, own the development roadmap, aligning work across gameplay, front-end, platform, and feature teams to product priorities
- Design and operate a centralized intake and triage system for UI/UX work, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and effective staffing across initiatives
- Partner with UX, Visual Design, Operations and Engineering leads to balance resources across competing priorities, including feature work, tech debt, and emergent needs
- Drive cross-team coordination for MGS deliverables such as HUD, first-time user experience, settings, accessibility, localization, and platform support
- Work within the existing team tools to establish and maintain production systems (roadmaps, tracking, rituals, reporting) that enable clarity across a distributed team embedded in multiple pods
- Oversee execution by managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and tracking progressacross a broad and often ambiguous problem space
- Create clear visibility for stakeholders into feature scope, tradeoffs, and progress
- Facilitate alignment across teams when priorities conflict, ensuring the right work is done at the right time
- Build strong partnerships with publishing and central Riot groups (e.g., localization, accessibility, publishing, platform) to support feature delivery
- Establish a sustainable operating model, including team rituals, communication cadences, and continuous improvement loops
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years experience in a production role (producer, product manager, program manager, or similar)
- Experience leading cross-functional development across design, engineering, and art
- Proven ability to create and scale work systems in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
- Experience managing high-volume intake and prioritization across multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of game development workflows and team health dynamics
- Excellent communication skills; able to align diverse stakeholders and drive clarity
- Experience with production methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, Airtable)
Desired Qualifications:- Experience supporting UI/UX development in games or interactive products
- Familiarity with player-facing systems such as HUD, menus, onboarding flows, or platform UX
- Experience with accessibility, localization, or platform certification requirements
- Experience working with distributed teams embedded across multiple initiatives
- Passion for crafting intuitive, high-quality player experiences, especially in competitive games
