The AI for End-Users team is building TeamViewer Tia, creating AI-powered experiences that help people understand, troubleshoot, and resolve technology issues with less effort. Our goal is to make advanced AI feel simple, trustworthy, and useful in everyday work.
Working at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, automation, and security, you'll help build the services, integrations, and user experiences that make AI assistance reliable at scale. You'll collaborate across engineering, product, and design to ensure Tia delivers meaningful value while meeting the high standards customers expect from TeamViewer.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain Java backend services that power TeamViewer Tia and its integrations across the platform.
- Design scalable, reliable backend systems that combine AI capabilities with core business logic.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
- Develop automated testing and evaluation frameworks to ensure changes can be released safely and confidently.
- Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to shared AI assets such as prompts, tool definitions, and technical documentation.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices for AI-assisted software development.
Requirements- 7+ years of software development experience with strong Java expertise and solid engineering fundamentals.
- Proven experience building scalable, distributed backend systems using clean, maintainable design principles.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI or agent-based capabilities into applications and services.
- Experience using AI coding tools effectively while maintaining accountability for code quality and security.
- Strong automated testing skills and experience preventing regressions in complex systems.
- Understanding of common AI system challenges and approaches to mitigate them.
- Strong communication skills, a structured problem-solving mindset, and fluency in English.
