SUMMARY:The Senior Full Stack Engineer is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical fintech applications for XedaLink. This hands-on role works across a predominantly C#/.NET Framework environment, with some .NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure. The Senior Full Stack Engineer partners with the Development Manager, product, QA, offshore developers, and other engineering team members to deliver reliable software, support production systems, guide implementation approaches, and strengthen code quality through reviews and knowledge sharing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design, develop, maintain, and support full-stack applications using C#, .NET Framework, some .NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Evaluate complex new features, enhancements, and production issues, providing high-level implementation guidance or handling implementation directly when appropriate.
- Own complex database-related development tasks, including SQL Server schema changes, data updates, stored procedures, and support for internal processes that generate code and SQL scripts.
- Support release management activities including release branch creation, Stage deployments, CI/CD coordination, and deployment readiness in partnership with the Development Manager.
- Support Alpha and Production environment updates and troubleshooting using Azure, Jenkins, Terraform, Terragrunt, and related deployment tools.
- Investigate and resolve QA and Production inquiries, defects, and application issues, including issues that require system-level analysis or production-context troubleshooting.
- Conduct code reviews for onshore and offshore developers, provide constructive technical feedback, mentor junior developers, and document specialized system knowledge to support knowledge transfer.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:- High-School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred, or equivalent experience/training.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and full-stack web application development.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web Forms, and related legacy application patterns; experience with .NET Core preferred.
- Experience building and maintaining front-end functionality using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Strong SQL Server experience, including schema design, data analysis, query development, stored procedures, and performance troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting production or business-critical applications, including root-cause analysis, defect resolution, and operational troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments and CI/CD or deployment tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and Terragrunt.
- Ability to review code, identify maintainability and quality concerns, and provide clear feedback to onshore and offshore development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the judgment to balance immediate production needs with long-term maintainability.
- Working knowledge of Agile development practices, release management, branching strategies, documentation, and configuration management.
- Self-motivated, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with legacy systems, specialized application areas, and changing priorities.
- Experience with financial services, mortgage, credit, tax transcript, document routing, or similar regulated business systems is a plus.
- Experience modernizing legacy applications or integrating legacy .NET applications with newer cloud or front-end technologies is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn complex domain workflows and document system knowledge for broader team support.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Traditional office environment with low-to-moderate office noise (computers, phones and business conversations). The position may be remote from main offices.
