The OpportunityAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work across the stack, spanning frontend, backend, and the data pipelines and agentic/AI workflows at the core of the product. This is a backend-leaning, product-focused role: you will take customer feedback, help shape product direction, and ship features end to end rather than simply working through a ticket queue. The stack is modern and intentionally lean (TypeScript and React, some Python, Postgres, Temporal for durable workflows, a monorepo with no microservices), so you can move quickly on genuinely hard problems.
You will join a small, senior engineering team during a period of rapid growth, with meaningful equity and a direct line to the founders. Occasional customer conversations come with the early stage, but the role is primarily focused on building.
Responsibilities- Build and ship features across the full stack, with an emphasis on backend systems
- Design and maintain data pipelines and data-movement workflows
- Contribute to agentic and AI-driven product capabilities
- Take customer feedback and help shape product direction, not just execute tickets
- Collaborate closely with a small, senior team in a fast-moving codebase
Requirements- 5-7 years of full stack engineering experience (4+ considered on the lower end)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with some Python
- Product-minded engineer who can form opinions and contribute to product direction
- Demonstrable use of AI tools in your day-to-day workflow, with the ability to speak specifically to how you apply them
- Startup experience preferred; candidates from later-stage startups are welcome if they can articulate why they want an early-stage environment
- Able to work onsite in New York City five days per week
- Bonus: experience with ETL / data movement, browser automation or scraping, AWS, or agentic infrastructure
