About the role

We're hiring a Full Stack or Front-End Developer with 5+ years of experience to join an exciting new internal project team.

This is a cross-cutting role at the heart of how Biorce builds. You'll be helping all the teams evolve, fix and integrate their tools for better speed of development, removing the friction that slows delivery down and making sure the platforms our clinical research, data science and AI teams rely on work together seamlessly.

Because the team is new, you'll have real ownership from day one: shaping how the internal tooling landscape evolves, choosing the right approach for each problem, and seeing your work go live quickly rather than waiting on long release cycles. One week you might be building a new front-end interface, the next you could be untangling an integration between two back-end services or improving an API that several teams depend on.

It's a great fit for someone who likes variety, works well end to end, and gets satisfaction from making other engineers faster, all while contributing to a mission that accelerates drug development and gets treatments to patients sooner.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a passionate and talented engineer with a strong foundation in React for front-end development. On the back end, experience with .NET with basic NodeJs understanding and PostgreSQL is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help all the teams evolve, fix and integrate their tools for better speed of development
• Build products from end to end across front-end and back-end
• Develop front-end interfaces with a strong foundation in React
• Work on the back end with .NET, basic NodeJs and PostgreSQL
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs
• Collaborate within agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban) alongside a great team

Must-haves

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Front-End Developer
• Strong foundation in React for front-end development
• Experience with .NET on the back end, with basic NodeJs understanding
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Version control using Git on Bitbucket
• API design (RESTful APIs)
• Cloud platforms GCP

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with tools like Jira
• Containerization with Docker
• Experience with AI IDE tools like GitHub or Cursor
