Full Job Description
The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in providing information that is critical to the development of the Company's strategy. This individual will develop in-depth knowledge of operations and serve as a business advisor to the Director of Finance, CFO and other key stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Analysis & Performance Reporting
  • Leads financial analysis across revenue, cost, profitability, cash flow, and balance sheet performance, translating results into clear insights for leadership.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards and recurring reporting packages (e.g., monthly financial reviews, KPI scorecards, service-line or payer-mix performance).
  • Supports month-end close by reviewing and explaining P&L results with accounting, ensuring accruals, reclasses, and other adjustments are properly reflected.

Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Prepares and manages the annual operating budget and rolling forecasts covering revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, and cash flow.
  • Analyzes and clearly explains variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Supports long-range planning and scenario/sensitivity modeling to inform strategic decisions.

Business Partnership & Reporting
  • Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships across the organization and with equity partner(s)/investors.
  • Serves as a primary analytical resource for the organization, delivering faster, more informative reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Advises senior leadership on the financial implications of strategic and operational decisions, applying knowledge of commercial and industry drivers.
  • Prepares materials and commentary for board meetings and equity partner/investor updates, presenting financial performance and outlook clearly.

Process & Systems Improvement
  • Leads process and systems improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of key financial processes and reporting.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a finance role, with a strong preference for candidates with FP&A, healthcare finance, and/or private equity-backed organization experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders (e.g., equity partners/investors).
  • Strong knowledge of the mechanics of a business P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, including experience supporting month-end close processes in partnership with accounting.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex, multifaceted financial and operational issues and present findings clearly and succinctly.
  • Understanding of commercial and industry strategic drivers, with the ability to advise senior management on the financial implications of business decisions.
  • Experience organizing, planning, and executing projects from conceptualization through implementation across multiple internal and external reporting lines.
  • Strong systems skills, with experience leading or contributing to system implementations or process redesign to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet quality standards under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, follow verbal and written instructions, and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • FP&A experience in a fast-paced, evolving, private equity-backed organization.
  • Experience in multi-site, health & wellness services related industries
  • Experience building Power BI dashboards to drive actionable insights
  • M&A experience, especially in the context of national healthcare platform growth (rapid acquisitions, both small and larger acquisitions, integration of clinical and back office / RCM processes and systems).

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $115,000/year to $130,000 annually
  • PTO: Up to 96 hours in first year (pro-rated based on start date)
  • Holidays: 7 (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day)
