Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-first solutions that drive business transformation across enterprise environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with functional business knowledge to solve complex business challenges through Generative AI, intelligent automation, and modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders while delivering measurable business outcomes through rapid solution development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, define desired outcomes, and design AI-driven solutions.
• Lead end-to-end solution engagements from discovery and architecture through implementation, deployment, and business adoption.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, Generative AI workflows, and intelligent automation.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable technical architectures and actionable implementation plans.
• Develop rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions using Agile delivery practices.
• Architect and implement AI agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise AI integrations.
• Design and develop enterprise data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions supporting AI applications.
• Build cloud-native applications and integrate enterprise systems using APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to drive transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and mentorship throughout project delivery.
• Develop reusable frameworks, solution accelerators, and implementation playbooks for future engagements.
• Communicate technical trade-offs, project risks, and business value to executive and technical audiences.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging AI technologies and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of combined industry and technology experience.
• Functional expertise in at least one of the following domains:
• Finance and Accounting.
• Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, MES, or PLM.
• Food or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Agribusiness, Commodities, or Salesforce.
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and business leadership.
• Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agent development, and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Proficiency in at least one additional programming language.
• Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and enterprise analytics solutions.
• Experience working with SQL, NoSQL databases, and structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with Azure preferred.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development.
• Understanding of enterprise security principles and API integration.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or domain-specific enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, manufacturing systems, or trading platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution architecture skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both executive and technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives.

• Experience delivering AI-first enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing production-ready AI applications within 90-day delivery cycles.
• Experience building reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and enterprise implementation playbooks.
• Experience working in startup or consulting environments supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
