Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management activities for complex IT initiatives, including application development, system integration, and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will manage project execution across all phases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery while meeting business objectives, governance standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management activities for complex IT initiatives, including application, integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage day-to-day project execution across all phases to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and govern project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical deliverables.
• Secure and coordinate project resources and funding in collaboration with leadership and functional managers.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Communicate project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with governance, audit, and internal control requirements.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and proactively resolve conflicts.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI trends, and evaluate their applicability to project delivery.
• Perform additional project-related responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of IT project management experience supporting application development and data integration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage mid-sized to large IT projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, and SharePoint.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables.
• Broad understanding of enterprise IT systems and integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within commercial insurance or financial services environments.

Certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
