Inside the RoleThe Senior Fleet Workout Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for Commercial Fleet Credit Workout activities, specializing in delinquency management, credit restructures, and deficiency recoveries to minimize credit losses. This role negotiates complex settlements, leads workout cases, ensures quality and compliance, and supports process improvement efforts. The analyst provides training, coaching, and daily problem solving support for the team, while collaborating with multiple internal departments and external counsel. The role may also include exposure to Canadian fleet restructuring cases. The Senior Fleet Workout Analyst is expected to model accountability, reliability, and leadership.

What you Drive At DTFS:- Lead and execute complex fleet restructures and workout cases, including financial analysis and presenting recommendations to credit approval authorities.
- Oversee all aspects of deficiency collections, including negotiations, legal coordination, settlement agreements, and status reporting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate credit policies and quality standards, including Special Assets processes, LOA-related approvals, documentation reviews, and SAC reporting.
- Manage assigned bankruptcy cases from filing through resolution, coordinating with outside counsel and providing ongoing updates.
- Train, mentor, and support Fleet Workout team members, assisting with escalations, quality checks, and best-practice development.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with internal partners (Sales, ART, Fleet Services, Legal, NASC) to support efficient workflow and customer service.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for process improvements, system enhancements, and Fleet Workout-related projects, including opportunities to incorporate AI.
- Support annual ICS controls, audits, intercompany receivables factoring, and department reporting as needed.
Knowledge you should Bring:
- BS/BA and 5 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years of comprehensive collections/credit experience.
- 5 years of Commercial Credit experience, including exposure to large credit exposures >$5M
- 5 years of Commercial Financial Statement Analysis (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Projections).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and interpret complex information.
Exceptional Candidates Might have:- Experience with bankruptcy processes, UCC Code, and legal documentation review
- Familiarity with any of the following systems (ALFA, PEGA, ECP, MOODY's, Credit Lens)
- Experience supporting audits, ICS control processes, or intercompany receivables factoring.
