Kalman & Company is seeking a Senior Financial Management Analyst with a Top-Secret Clearance for onsite support in Washington, DC. This position is tied to a government proposal, contingent upon award in the Fall of 2026. The salary range is $120K- $180K/year, depending on the applicant's level of experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on financial management activities such as budget planning, formulation, and execution.
  • Process funding allocations and manage funds control.
  • Analyze data for program compliance and performance operations.
  • Provide guidance on financial issues and analyze ongoing/future program funding needs.
  • Assist in developing annual and multi-year budgets and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in federal government programs, budget formation/execution, appropriation law, and financial management regulations.
  • Assist in developing requirements documents, cost estimates, and financial data analysis for various projects.
  • Support financial audits, reviews, and assessments.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation for financial reporting.
