About the Role
We are seeking a finance professional to join our Professional Services FP&A Team at a Senior Financial analyst level. The individual will assist in monthly and quarterly close and forecast activities.
Responsibilities:
Build effective partnerships across the Professional Services & Field Sales business units.
Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and high-level financial package.
Communicate variances to plan/budget to key stakeholders and collaborate across accounting, professional services, and operations teams.
Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to highlight business risks and opportunities and support long-term growth.
Partner with business to accurately forecast metrics for Professional Services and Field Sales, including revenue projections and capacity expectations.
Prepare, interpret, and communicate financial reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to business partners within Workday.
Become acquainted with business processes and highlight opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Support and manage ad hoc projects.

Experience with full P&L modeling including top line analysis and capacity modeling is a plus.
Knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
