  • Manage comprehensive forecasting cycles including salary, benefits, and CPIP transfers, as well as external vendor and project actuals.
  • Forecast and monitor IT investments by developing and updating Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs).
  • Track the Return on Investment (ROI) of previous years' CBAs and model the future financial impact of planned IT investments.

Strategic Reporting, KPIs & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain and track core Financial KPIs for the IT organization.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements across financial data, models, and overall reporting processes.
  • Perform rapid, ad-hoc financial analysis for IT stakeholders, including YoY growth studies

What we're looking for you to have

  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database software with high proficiency in financial modeling, data query toolsets (SQL/ETL principles), relational databases, and core ledger architectures
  • Proven ability to build relationships with non-finance stakeholders (e.g., IT Directors, Project Managers) and guide them through complex financial concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication traits, with proven comfort presenting synthesized findings to senior leaders and negotiating transactional outcomes with external stakeholders.
  • Strong structural organization, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and handle confidential information while working under intense deadlines.
  • If you are applying for a position which is open to applicants across Canada, unless otherwise indicated in the position, language proficiency in English is required for communicating with customers, advisors, or employees across Canada.
