We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and support with activities to include annual budget, quarterly forecast, cross-functional planning support, modeling of commercial opportunities, weekly and monthly reporting, competitive intelligence, and ad hoc analysis. What You'll Do:- Provides FP&A support including budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support revenue, expense, and profitability analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance financial modeling, forecasting accuracy, and business decisions support.
- Leads weekly/monthly reporting of revenue and operational KPIs, providing insight to management and identifying trends.
- Reviews, benchmarks, and analyzes performance against competition with the goal of providing awareness and recommendations to management.
- Create financial models to help evaluate a wide range of commercial opportunities both in the United States and Internationally.
- Partner with business units to identify key drivers, trends, and to help execute company objectives.
- Drive efficiency in FP&A processes by improving financial models, automation, and reporting tools.
- Autonomously handle ad-hoc requests from the business.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Public Accounting, and/or Corporate Finance
- Advanced financial modeling skills, superior Excel skills, and proven ability to apply AI strategically.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous gaming experience and / or an avid sports fan is a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting software is a plus.
- Ability to think and work independently while supporting multiple areas and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience presenting to Senior Leadership is a plus.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking / innovation skills.
