As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead the development, build-out, and ongoing execution of the company's forecasting process, annual business plan, and budgeting, and play a key role in strategic planning through analysis and reporting. You will partner closely with Finance and Operations to drive forecasting accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and improve overall financial performance.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the forecast and planning processes, ensuring alignment across departments and accountability to financial targets. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights.
What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:- Lead the development, build-out, and ongoing execution of the company's forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and scenario modeling
- Conducts financial forecasting, data modeling, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Monitors financial performance and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the executive team.
- Lead the development of the annual business plan and support ongoing budget management, including monitoring performance and identifying variances
- Conducts comprehensive return-on-investment (ROI) analyses on anticipated capital expenditures and provides well-informed recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.
- Partner with operations and department leaders to drive forecast accuracy and alignment with field execution
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting focused on variances, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Support project teams by participating in cost-to-complete and forecast discussions, identifying risks and challenging assumptions
- Identify and implement process improvements across forecasting, reporting, and data workflows
- Build practical dashboards and reporting tools that drive decisions and accountability
- Perform ad hoc analysis and independently source and structure data with limited direction
- Act as a key partner in improving data integrity and financial processes
- Serve as a liaison to corporate accounting

What You'll BringKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts and forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to build financial models, forecasts, and analyses from incomplete or imperfect data sets
- Skill in preparing financial statements and developing forecast models that support decision making
- Proven written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas: - Knowledge of accounting software systems and external reporting tools, JDE and Hubble experience is a plus
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a combination of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in the construction industry
What You'll GetWorking Conditions:
The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment. Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space. You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.

Salary Range: $97,750 - $132,250
*Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.*
