Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Executive Reporting
  • Own the consolidation, reconciliation, and analysis of actuals to budgets/forecasts ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and financial objectives
  • Lead performance analysis across business units and investment strategies, assessing actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; clearly articulate variances and underlying drivers.
  • Transform complex financial data into concise, executive-ready insights highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver weekly KPI dashboards, monthly management reporting, quarterly Board and shareholder materials, and firm-wide Townhall financial updates.
  • Proactively identify trends and emerging issues, providing data-driven recommendations to inform management action.

Business Partnership
  • Partner closely with segment and business leads to define reporting requirements and ensure consistent, decision-useful financial outputs
  • Reconcile centralized enterprise reporting platforms with cross-functional inputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and credibility of financial information.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner, bringing structure, rigor, and clarity to performance discussions
  • Build and maintain financial models, benchmarking analyses, and scenario frameworks to support investment decisions and pricing strategies

Continuous Improvement, Automation & AI
  • Drive modernization of financial reporting through automation and the strategic application of AI, particularly across recurring weekly and monthly deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, enhance scalability, and improve timeliness and quality of financial insights.
