Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Care Finance

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Customer Care Finance through financial planning, operational analysis, and performance reporting. This role will partner closely with finance and Customer Care leadership to deliver insights that improve call center performance, optimize costs, and support strategic investments in customer experience and technology.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strong analyst who can combine finance, data, and business partnership to influence decision-making across Customer Care operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Customer Care operations.
  • Analyze key cost drivers, including labor, staffing, vendor costs, and technology investments.
  • Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Translate operational call center metrics into financial insights, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare management reporting and present findings to finance and operations leadership.
  • Partner with Customer Care leaders to improve staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Support business cases and ROI analysis for AI, automation, and other technology initiatives.


Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, business analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Understanding of core finance concepts or prior experience supporting finance teams, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to join tables, cleanse data, and write and edit queries.
  • Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development, data visualization, DAX, and metric calculations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting customer operations, call centers, or service-based environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across finance, operations, and technology teams.
