The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team supporting the Global Marketing Organization (GMO). This role serves as the central hub for financial consolidation across the organization. You will be responsible for consolidating the financials for the entire GMO organization, including operating expenses and headcount. You will ensure the accuracy of reporting, manage the schedule of fiscal deliverables, and act as a trusted advisor to GMO leaders. What You'll DoFinancial Reporting & Consolidation
- Own end-to-end financial consolidation for the GMO organization, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting layers. This covers operating expenses, and headcount resources.
- Manage and maintain all internal Power BI (PBI) reporting assets, continuously improving dashboards and data models to deliver actionable financial insights.
- Drive solid, reliable reporting by proactively identifying gaps, anomalies, and opportunities for improved visibility.
Fiscal Planning & Deliverables- Lead the preparation and execution of all key fiscal deliverables including Outlook, Quarterly Rolling Forecast (QRF), Annual Planning, Post Mortem analysis, and Margin Reviews.
- Complete weekly marketing budget transfers with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining alignment across finance systems.
- Ensure fiscal deliverables are completed on schedule and meet organizational standards for quality and transparency. Collaborate with Corporate consol team to make sure GMO seamlessly feeds into their deliverables and deadlines.
Headcount Management- Reconcile and manage total GMO headcount portfolio, ensuring data integrity across HR and finance systems.
- Own the quarterly prioritization headcount process from initiation through completion, including all associated reporting and collaborator communication.
Collaborator Partnership- Serve as a key financial resource and guide for GMO Functional Controllers. Provide support, context, and analysis to enable informed decisions and ensure accurate forecasts.
What You Need to Be SuccessfulTechnical Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Power BI. You can read, understand, and build upon existing PBI data models, reports, and dashboards, and find opportunities to improve their effectiveness.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, reconciliation, and data analysis.
- Experience with financial planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Attitude & Approach- Demonstrate curiosity by asking the right questions to uncover root causes, probing into areas to validate data integrity, and ensure that reporting tells the full story.
- Diligent with a strong sense of ownership; you self-motivated and hold yourself to a high standard and take pride in producing accurate, timely work.

- Strong communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear, accessible insights for a range of collaborators.
Experience- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on financial consolidation, FP&A, or management reporting.
- Prior experience supporting or partnering with functional finance teams in a large, complex organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,300 -- $196,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $135,700 - $196,450
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
