Role OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst partners with business leaders to drive financial planning, performance insights, and data-driven decision-making. This role blends core FP&A with advanced analytics across customers, products, pricing, and revenue to improve profitability and support growth.
Hybrid role based out of the Chicago office.
Monday - Wednesday onsite requiredKey Responsibilities FP&A- Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Establish financial targets aligned to strategy
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and performance insights
- Partner with business leaders to review results and identify drivers
Analytics & Business Insights- Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, retention, and pipeline performance
- Evaluate product performance, new product opportunities, and SKU optimization
- Support pricing strategy through elasticity, variance, and discount analysis
- Assess profitability across products, customers, and channels
- Build revenue forecasts, growth models, and scenario analyses
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A or financial analytics experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel, experience with planning tools (e.g., One Stream, Hyperion) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
