Full Job Description
Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This hybrid position that is based out of our Burlington, ON Eaton location and offers benefits from day one.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $82,000 - $102,000 a year.

What You'll Do- Key responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst include:
• Lead supply chain finance activities, including cost management, capital spend analysis, and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Analyze production costs, monitor and control budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work with plant managers and other operational leaders to develop financial plans, forecast production expenses, and assess the financial impact of manufacturing processes.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and support capital expenditure projects.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
• Align financial goals with operational objectives to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

Basic Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2 - 3 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within a manufacturing or operations environment in a multinational organization.
• Occasional travel to site in Perth is required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation is provided.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting finance operations, including exposure to cross-functional or site-level stakeholders to support business outcomes and decision-making.
• Knowledge of federal/ provincial laws and regulations regarding taxes.
• Understanding of foreign exchange transaction and translation reporting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials and integration.
• Strong knowledge of effective internal control processes.

Skills:
• Experience in leading finance operations to enhance productivity and efficiency for a business, group, or product line.
• Progressive experience in finance-related roles with an emphasis on manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and cost management initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially supply chain and operations, to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering collaboration
