Full Job Description
Your Role:

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, and reporting to executive and senior level management both domestically and across our international sites. This role involves analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing forecasts, and any other analysis required by leadership. In this role, you'll be central to providing insights to management, supporting strategic planning, and helping drive the company's financial performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, using advanced modeling techniques; investigate and report on variances between actuals and budgets/forecasts to understand trends and potential risks and opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, and business decision-making.
  • Financial Planning: Support and coordinate budget and forecast that are consistent with the business objectives of the organization.
  • Monthly Close Support: Assist with the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and reviews.
  • Cross Functional Coordination: Partner with accounting and other functional areas to collect, organize, and analyze data, summarizing findings for senior management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the design and implementation of new financial processes.
  • Problem Solving: Independently and proactively analyze relevant information and develop solutions to complex problems.


Starting Salary: $100,000

What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, including excellent analytical skills
  • High level of proficiency in financial modeling techniques, utilizing software such as Excel, Power BI, and other modeling tools
  • Experience with Planful is a plus but not required
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to dig deep, summarize and communicate complex information in a straightforward manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial concepts and modeling results to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on modeling outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Experience with multi-currency or multi-entity financial reporting a plus
