What You'll Do:

  • Proactively identify trends, emerging risks, and upside opportunities within revenue performance

  • Improve forecast accuracy over time by integrating new data sources, refined methodologies, and stakeholder feedback

  • Maintain deep knowledge of how revenue flows through upstream systems, data transformations, and financial reporting outputs

What You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field

  • 3+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a high-growth or dynamic environment; investment banking or consulting experience a plus

  • Experience with enterprise financial reporting systems (e.g., Essbase, Oracle Hyperion)

  • Proven track record building and maintaining scalable, driver-based models in complex environments

  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
