Key Responsibilities May Include:- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing insightful commentary and actionable recommendations for business improvement.
- Support the execution of the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and reports to assist in decision-making and drive financial transparency.
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the production of financial dashboards, KPIs, and other business intelligence tools to track financial performance and support business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals, processes, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with established financial processes and contribute to process automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business initiatives, delivering data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
About the RoleWe are seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting business leaders with cash flow, capital expenditure (CapEx), forecasting, and performance insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
What you will do: - Lead cash flow and capital expenditure forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance teams to improve forecast accuracy
- Provide financial analysis for investment decisions and business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and data quality
What you Will Bring: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Strong understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance partners
Nice to Have:- Experience with enterprise planning or consolidation tools
- Background supporting operational or supply chain organizations
